Delete your account
GameHeart Drops
To request deletion of your GameHeart Drops account and all associated data,
follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to gameheartdiscord@gmail.com
- Subject line:
Account deletion request
- Include your Discord username and/or Discord user ID
(the numeric ID, e.g.
123456789012345678). You can find your
Discord ID by enabling Developer Mode in Discord → right-click your profile
→ "Copy User ID".

What gets deleted
- Your session token(s)
- Your push notification token(s)
- Your filter preferences (stores, categories, muted products)
- All other server-side records linked to your Discord ID
What is retained
- Nothing personally identifying — Discord IDs and usernames are removed.
- Aggregated, anonymous logs of drops may persist (no link to any user).
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive a
confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
After deletion
You can sign back in any time via the app — a new account is created
fresh with no prior data.
